Moving Home!

Saturday, 28 July 2007 at 21:09

The dfpx.co.uk website is going to be moving to new servers fairly soon, so there may be a short period of time when things go a bit wobbly. Generally this is just the delay while the name servers around the world are updated to point to the site’s new home, so it shouldn’t be for more than a few hours.

If we’re not back after 12 hours, then you know there’s something to worry about! ;o)

Update: Blimey, that was smooth… Site move complete!

B of the Bang Opening

Wednesday, 04 April 2007 at 20:02

Just having a brief look on Google Video reveals that some footage has been posted showing B of the Bang’s opening ceremony. The display was created by Salford’s own fantastic Walk The Plank.

While working for the SIRF Fringe I was lucky enough to see quite a few of Walk The Plank’s productions: always good fun. Along with the stunning pa-BOOM, they’ve also put together some of the best pyrotechnic shows I’ve ever seen.
